'72 and older A-Bodies with stock upper control arms require upper ball joint tapered adapters. You must also install '73-'76 A-Body lower ball joints.

DoctorDiff Cobra PBR-style front disc brake kit includes:

  • Black or red 2 piston calipers
  • Semi-metallic pads
  • Forged aluminum hubs
  • Timken bearings
  • Billet steel caliper brackets
  • Choice of slotted/plated or drilled/slotted/plated 13 x 1.125" rotors
  • DOT stainless flex hoses
  • Hardware

Kit A fits:  

  • 1962-1972 B-body drum knuckles
  • 1970-1974 E-body drum knuckles

Kit B fits:

  • 1973-1975 A-body drum knuckles

Kit C fits:

  • 1970-1972 B/E-body disc knuckles

Kit D fits:

  • 1973 and newer, reproduction and OEM A/B/E/F/M/J/R body disc knuckles
 
* Kits are available for front mount or rear mount calipers

Sway bars affect installation:

  • Install calipers facing the front on all E-Bodies.

  • Install calipers facing the front on A-bodies equipped with aftermarket sway bars, no sway bars or '73 and newer factory sway bars.

  • Install calipers facing the front on B-bodies equipped with aftermarket sway bars, no sway bars or '70 and newer factory sway bars.

  • Install calipers facing the rear on '72 and older A-bodies equipped with factory sway bar.

  • Install calipers facing the rear on '69 and older B-bodies equipped with factory sway bar.
